So many things have changed ever since I joined Lasalle.

I was told I seem calmer and happier than 2 years back.

I really hope I am.

I do feel different though.

Hello, whoever may be reading this yet-again-almost-fully-abandoned blog.

I still will not be updating it often, but maybe once in a while. I'd better not frequently do so.

Being nearly kicked out of school is not good.

I've had a taste of true depression, and it's not nice.

I definitely do not want to go back to that again. EVER.

Anyway. I think I'm feeling more comfortable being in class now.

It was quite uncomfortable at first, seeing as almost everyone knew almost everyone,

but now it's improving. No matter how slight it is.

I haven't been going for weekday mass recently. Went yesterday. Didn't see anyone, but it was nice being by myself. I haven't done that in quite some time.

Random subject change, I want to streak my hair. As to what colour, I'm not too sure. But well, whether I'll actually do so is another issue. Maybe. Just maybe. After my repeat year has ended.

Arts management or fashion (design? communication?) ? Erzan has successfully gotten me confused.

I personally think I'd die in arts management, but the job prospects for it are so far the widest. And the quickest.

I'd be able to do almost anything I wanted to after graduating.

I don't know.. I still have to think it through.

I miss Paris/London. And Japan. Especially the good food there. No matter whether it was restaurant/cafe food or hawker food. Still good.

Reviving time once more.

Ahhh. Hello, dear old blog of mine.

How time has flown since I've last written on you.

From recent to not-so-recent things:

Today [edit - now yesterday] :

WE SAW NANA AFTER SOOOO LONG.

It was really nice meeting her again.

Didn't know she'd gotten back so early;

would've thought she'd be back slightly later or something.

But guess since Haru came back..

And went back already -_-

Kpo-ed the KNN meeting for the MIP peoples.

Ended up being slotted with Sam and Marcus for the third session.

Hmmm. We'll see how that one turns out..

Went to Michael's for movie and youtube watching,

together with Ash, Lucas and Rachel.

Twin didn't come along :(

Ended up not knowing which movies to bring,

thus lugging a full bag of dvds along.

Brought nougats too, at mummy's request.

Pizza was pretty good stuff.

And after the pizza on the way to church,

I realised it was friday.

And. We had meat lovers and something-mayo.

Attire at mass.

Shorts and slippers.

Nearly didn't go, if not for Aaron.

Was so worried it would be Father Gerard celebrating.

But, turned out,

it was some random priest.

SO. I was half saved.

Till I saw mummy.

she didn't say anything about it when I just got home.

Lucas was being weird on the way to church -

AFTER A REALLY LONG TIME.

School's started again,

Firstly. Class chalet.
Was celebrating teachers day in St. Nicks, then missed the bus stop,
and ended up at Queensway.
Had to take the MRT all the way to Pasir Ris.

ESTOU TÃO FUDIDA!

Well,
mainly because of procrastinating.
But I still love my school and class :)

Thirdly.
Koinonia outing to Botanical Gardens and BBQ at Jervis'.
Walked with Anne during one of the reflecting sessions,
and felt the peace I hadn't felt for really long.
Guess I really needed to get away from school life,
and the stresses of life.
Had a rather great lunch of nasi lemak,
took jump pics with Anne, Kit, Vic, Selene and Nicole,
got drenched in the rain,
got more drenched on purpose after that,
took scary pics ( both unintentionally and intentionally )
went to jervis'.
Had a good heart to heart talk with Anne :)
helped out with the BBQ for awhile,
then played truth-or-dare with the girls.
Man, the weird things that came up.
Got a dare to jump into the pool in all my clothes,
which had by then more or less dried,
and happily did so.
Had a spare change, so it was totally fine :)
But in the end almost everyone got pushed in,
one way or another,
so who cares :)
Haha, man I really love you guys.

Fourth,
4Bia and sushi lunch.
Met Kit, Sam, Sew and Matt for lunch at Sakae,
which was really good stuff :)
Went down to church to print notes for school from Jarvis' office,
got dragged to watch 4Bia,
resulting in me not being able to do my work.
Blah.
Anyway.
4Bia was FREAKING SCARY.
I admit, I did not watch most of the graphics.
But hearing it was bad enough.
The imagination going wild and all..
Urgh.

Ok.
The days before school started, I admit,
I really felt bittersweet about it.
Especially since I'm a bum.
But after orientation today,
I'm actually kind of looking forward to next monday,
and the start of a new school life.

Got to know 3 people,
Esther - a 17 year old funky hardcore mosher,
Patricia - she has a really cute personality,
and isn't Chinese,
and another friend of Esther's,
whose name escapes me.
I'm sorry.

Esther is not in my class.

Said hi to a couple of Esther's friends,
went around campus,
still feel really confused about the layout in a way,
and well.

I don't know what to say.

Turns out I've got the dean as my tutor.

She actually took the trouble to print out the timetables.
When she said she wasn't supposed to.
Plus, she was passing around the materials list for us.

Man, has today been something.

Woke up late to meet Kit and Sam,
to visit Xuan at TTSH.
Was supposed to meet them at 11,
woke up at 1030.

Anyway, Xuan wasn't at TTSH.
Her mum told Kit yesterday that she'd be transferring to
AMK Rehab Centre,
but we didn't know what time she'd be going over,

So, we didn't go to visit her in the end,

So, had lunch, watched abit of the pool playing @ VeloCity,
went to Starbucks @ Wisma to chill.
Watched the 987 Singapore-Pussycat-Doll wannabe event.
And I am still rooting for the 4 year old contestant.
The rest are just pure slutty.

I have been thinking alot lately.
Too much time on my hands, I guess.
So much so, I have done things,
that have astounded even myself.

Thinking back, I realise that alot has changed.
Both things around me,
and myself.

A couple of days ago,
I had a late night talk with Byrne and Sew.
Somehow, it digressed into random talk,
and talk about confirmation class days.
Con 2 and Con 3 days mainly.
And something Byrne said struck me.

When I was in my earlier confi days,
I rarely smiled, or even talked.
I realised then when he said that,
that at that time,
I never really liked to actually smile.
Why, I don't know it myself.

And it wasn't only Byrne who has said this.
Quite a number have.
Shan't name them though.
And, it's true.
And, thinking some more,
I wonder when I actually started to smile.
And to laugh.
Laugh from my heart.

Perhaps, just perhaps.
It was when I went for Con 2 camp.
I got to know people,
people I didn't know personally,
people I have known from Kindergarten,
people I didn't even know existed.
We grew closer,
bonded over the stupidest of things,
the most random of things,
the most memorable.

Then, there was Con 3.
Playing pranks,
bonding even more,
bridging the gaps,
solving problems,
Sunny.
Haha, yes.
Sunny.
He's really one of a kind.

And then, now.
Koinonia, HALMM.
People, who I know truly care about me.
And who accept me for who I am.
Even though, I admit and agree,
I do not really show who I am to many.
Maybe it's trust issues,
or maybe it's just insecurity.
I don't know.
But, what I do know,
is that because of them,
I gained my true smile,
and my sincere laughter.

And, with Jarvis,

and Koinonia,

I gained my confidence,

I opened up.

Jarvis said many things,

things that struck me deep,

that truly made me think.

About who I am,

and about many other things.

For that,

I really thank him.

You all changed my life.

I just realised that I never really treasured my life,
up till today.

I really, really thank God that I am still able
to be sitting here typing this post.

Why?
Well, blur sotong me,
got into an accident today.
I was about to cross the road at J8,
heading towards the library to meet Anne,
and me, not noticing,
got hit by a car on my right.
And, thank goodness it was only travelling at 20km/h.

so now, I have a really swollen left foot, crutches, abrasions,
and a week or more's worth of no choir. :(
bleh.
but, maybe this will help me appreciate my life more.
and to be more careful when crossing roads.

oh, I still haven't found my ipod earpieces warranty.
but, while finding it,
I came across a prose/song/don't-know-what.
it was in one of the wedding booklets.
those that our choir kept.

today was a good day.

I just had one of the most wonderful dinners so far.

to celebrate my uncle's birthday.

Black Angus @ Orchard Place.

sirloin steak & salmon combo, with garlic mash and

baked potato soup.

complete with chicken caesar salad,

with plenty of thousand island sauce.

mmmm..

and of course.

the price was very beautiful too.

tomorrow is my aunt's birthday.

I am looking forward to the lunch :)

which said that I had gotten in.

yesterday was a rather happening,

both in a good and bad way.

went out with Justin-my-dear-'Lim-bapok' and family,

and had SAKAE SUSHI at T2.

it was superbly delicious.

dinner was ok, with bibimbab at Thomson Plaza,

which wasn't really that appetizing.

later on, I had a supper of 2 cinnamon donuts and fried-squid-wing-on-a-stick :)

both excellent stuff.

then, I found out that Rong Xuan had Brain ArterioVenous Malfunction,

and my mood dropped totally.

which was really good stuff, and coffee.

and Adam took pictures of the dogs.

which in the end I didn't. for certain reasons.

visited the choir, which was having choir nominations.
